I would like to use CV via remote play for my PS5 in order to keep my 4k120hz and I am wondering if a decent grafic card for my PC with 2 monitors would be sufficient compared to a capture card.

Update:

Get yourself a Capture Card if you want to get 40+ FPS for object detection. Remote Play is just trash. Elgato HD60X is perfect for 1440p120hz passthrough and 1080p60fps capture.

I need the same information. I play on PS5 at 4K and 120hz, do I need a capture card for that resolution? I would think I do, but I would appreciate some help.

So, it looks like you will not be able to play at 4K 120hz. The most that is available is 4K at 60hz. You can do 1080P at 120hz for capture and pass through. Looks like we need a capture card that doesn’t exist yet. No card is HDMI 2.1 yet. For me, my TV has super low input lag at 120hz, but it rises in 60hz modes, so I need to do 120, and I don’t really want to run 1080P.
