Any where I can find some detail explanation what this does and if I have any use for it?

Google is your best bet for a detailed explanation.

In short, computer vision captures the screen and in return can turn this data into a script.

The main CV script currently available is for Apex Legends for the most advanced recoil control, the weapon is detected via CV and the weapon pattern is applied.

If you play Apex Legends or are a developer then it is definitely worth it, otherwise it might be better to wait until more scripts are available.
