go to this link and download "ndi tools" and choose for mac or windows.

next download streamlabs obs here

with streamlabs open setup like i got it in sources create a ndi source adjust settings to select display your remote will be full screen on, and for the display capture settings make sure its second display then put your remote app on second display streaming and then full screen. make sure to switch back to your screen your consoles on
back to installing ndi tool choose any install directory, then choose at least screen capture or choose all boxes to experiment later other options.
in this screen shot when ndi screen capture boots every time you need to adjust framerates to monitor, capture setting region of interest just need it checked, webcam video none.
