Lag issues with APEX cv Anti-Recoil？

Hello guys.
When i empty a magazine with 28 rounds using R301, I find that it take more time to finish running 28 parameters . For example, it takes about 2s to finish a magazine but about 2.4s to finish running all the data, resulting in messing up the recoil . The time above is not accurate but just for example. And every weapon has the problem. Please tell me how can I solve this problem.
By the way, I use titan 2 for PC gameplay with Xbox one controller. I use ‘Display Capture’, but it can run only on 30 FPS.

I am not exactly sure why it's happening but it could be due to CV using too much CPU and causing it to desync with the rounds fired. Open up task manager and see if your CPU is spiking to 100%. If not, then I'm not sure what the issue could be I am not experiencing it.
