I'm trying to use Apex Legends CV Anti-Recoil_Modified with a monitor with an aspect ratio of 16:10, does it only work in 16: 9 full screen?

If the resolution is not 1920x1080 or can't be scaled down to 1920x1080 (16:9), the template matching will not work. You could modify the script so that it works for 16:10 but you'll need to adjust the template locations and.probably a new .png file with templates for that aspect ratio.
