Xim nexus, computer vision?

In the process of getting my computer vision set up(waiting on cap card) but also ordered a xim nexus, wondering how the gyro control will jive with computer vision anti recoil

Doesn't the nexus basically translate gyro movements into stick xy? My guess is the key will be how sensitive your settings are especially the deadzone.
