Weapon detected nothing happens

Running apex_cv v5.03 script with cv, seems to recognize what weapon I’m holding however no anti recoil or rapid fire is applied in game, what am I missing?

Also if I switch to antirecoil_M version I get GCV error: No module named ‘pyarmor_runtime_005405’ and error code 111
