Mwr Xbox One Help!K/M

Hello all i just got a titan one and im very dumb when in comes to computers (not terrible but) so im gonna need some help. My mouse is a G502 im all good with everything besides the mouse setting(mouse software/in game sensitivity/maxaim di settings). Im wondering if amyone plays mwr and can help me. I play aiming down sight basically all round(competitive play like gamebattles) so i need to be looking everywhere while ADS'ing and my movement is a bit choppy, slow, accelereation and stuff may be wrong idk any settings so pls help me, here, phone call,text,xbox W.E please help asap if everything goes smooth i will reward PLS HELP! Appreciate the help!

I did not played MW on XB1 yet, but I have this setting for MW, it may help you configure your MaxAim DI.
