Have you installed python and open cv2? And made sure that GtunerIV can access both?
Make sure you have done this first,

Then make sure you have a working directory path in Gtuner IV.

Once that is taken care of, all you need to do is create a new GVC script,

The output only runs when you start the GVC script, by clicking the Test and Debug button or by pressing f5.

You have not loaded that script (the second combo box needs to find that script), set up your working directory:

oh snap.. didnt know that thought it would auto setup lol
working now.. can i use this for pc apex or just console?

running the script (i think lol)
on the overlay its saying no weapon detected no barrel etc but i do have a weapon etc? sorry im noob am i not using this right lol

There is currently no "ready to use" script released as far as I know.
I think the vision script needs a gpc script that makes use of the data set/returned by the vision script.

oh because J2's first pic says gun 301 and blue barrel in his first s/s on the overlay and on the right he isnt running any scripts ..ill try to fool around with it you're probably right tho

Post a picture of the computer vision container, running the game.

Make sure you have a weapon equipped too.

Well, I just started looking into it and it is more confusing than i thought,
will there be a chance that you are writing a script with antirecoil slots specified to different weapons?

And everybody just needs to adjust some minor tweaks to make it work for his sensitivity and for his likings?
