Multiplayer on Switch

How many Titans (one or two) are supported at sametime for more players on Nintendo Switch? Could I use a USB hub for increase it more?

One Titan device is needed each player. You can use an USB hub to add more USB ports to the console.

Cool! But I will need more pcs running multiples gtuner/maxain di for use with parsecgaming (online streamplay)?

With the Titan Two you can have multiple devices and Gtuner IV running in the same computer. This is not supported by the Titan One, Gtuner Pro (for the Titan One) allow only one instance running at given time.
