titan two not activating script

Help please new product, follow instructions for ps4 titanfall 2 scripts package loaded
turn on ps4 plug in controller.
purple led
when playing
no vibration when trying to enable script
share and fire button together doesnt vibrate controller and turn on scripts

It's not share, on the DS4 it's touch-click:

Runtime Operation: Press [Touch-Click|View] + [CROSS|A] to quickly enable/disable the Gamepack without unload the Memory Slot. The controller will vibrate once to indicate the Gamepack is disabled, and twice to indicate the Gamepack is enabled.
