I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous. Ordered Nov 6 got tracking immediately but has not left

I just want to add that it's unlikely to be CT's fault. Many of us receive our orders relatively quickly. I'm sure your order would have been routed to them asap, so any delay is outside the control of CT, likely to be something to do with the manufacturer or postal service.
