PROG port not working

Postby Oyff » Sat Dec 15, 2018 1:13 am

My T2's prog port does not work properly. When i plug my mouse/keyboard it has a huge delay and just doesn't work. I made sure that the otg adapter was okay so that's not the problem. Please help

define huge delay?

Also have you updated your Titans Two Firmware? If you are using the firmware that was released yesterday,I suggest updating to the new firmware that was released today.

There were some changes in regards to the PROG port in yesterdays firmware release, With the new firmware released today, those changes to the PROG port were reverted.

Basically it's not working, and I can't update the firmware without updating the software which requires 64 bit and my old laptop is on 32.

the 32-bit version of Gtuner IV is available in the download page:

https://www.consoletuner.com/titan-two-downloads/

Legacy Gtuner IV for Windows 32-bit (Win10, Win8.1, Win7): Gtuner IV 1.00RC-75

In the "lib" sub-folder, delete the file "gupdater.exe" to avoid the software to update. By next year I will configure the server to not accept updates from the revision 75.

Delete the Gtuner's folder then redownload the software and delete the file "gupdater.exe" in the "lib" sub-folder.
Console tuner since my 1st controller.
Scripting, a game in the game.

If after prototype's suggestion Gtuner IV still don't recognize the device, please try reflash the device’s firmware: before connect the Titan Two to the computer via the PROG port, press and hold both buttons and only then connect it to you computer. The device should enter in programming mode, showing P on the display, allowing redo the firmware update using Gtuner IV.
