Titan One Keyboard and Mouse not working Rainbow 6 Siege

I've been using my titan one on my xbox one to use my keyboard and mouse as a controller for the last few months with no issues. However, when I try to use it for Rainbow six siege, my keyboard and mouse only work in xbox menus, and not at all ingame. It still works fine with other games.

this is very unusual and makes me think there is some configuration on the R6S causing that. Please let me know if the controller plugged on the Titan One can operate the R6S game normally. Thanks.
