titan 1 keeps flashing 1 and then E and wont work can anybody tell me what is going on

I'm sorry to hear that but:
E1: Means hardware faulty. The device needs to be replaced.
E2: Means security check fail. The device is not genuine.
E3: Means software error. Please report to development team for further investigation.

As prototype wrote, E1 = hardware defect. I am sorry for the issue. Please contact the retailer you purchased the device to check if still possible request a replacement. If not, we can provide free repair service if you pay the shipping costs to send and return from the factory (China).
