Titan Two rarely outputs consistently

Hi,
Seem to have an issue with my device where the output light will stay off or drop out while in use stopping the controller from working. I use the device on a ps4 with a usb hub (whcih I originally thought would of been the issue) however it seems to be the same when plugged directly into the console aswell. Any ideas why this could be happening?
I have tried using different wires aswell as a power supply but the problem persists.

Are you using a script when this issue happens?

When you plugged it in directly to the console did you use the same port as the usb hub was previously connected to or a different one?

It happens both when using scripts and not. And yes it was the same port as I have an external hard drive in the other one.

Try plugging the T2 directly into another port on the console.

In addition to Mad's suggestion, please also check:

1) Do you have the option "turn off with the console" enabled? if yes, try disable.
2) The output protocol is set to USB PlayStation 4? if not, try set.

Thank you, Mad's suggestion seems too have solved my issue. How would I know/change the output protocol either way?

You can set the ouput protocol in Gtuner>Device Configuration
