What kind of controller do you have? Try with no game packs and scripts to see if its running right. I myself don't use game packs so don't know how to toggle it on/off but there instructions for the game packs. Take a look and see!

i have purchased a titan one conosle tuner with hopes of use mouse and keyboard on ps4.when i plugged the device in it said c 1 and thats all it has don since cant get to work my pc wont reconize that its plugged in please help!!!

also i tried puttung it into program mode to reset it and all it does is say c with a dot on the top and bottom
