In cases of factory defect you can have your Titan replaced at any time, we don't really impose any time limit for hardware defect. Thank you.

I am certain you read my posts, and my device is no longer detecting devices when attached to PS4 and I am getting zero help here the only place I can and should get help. I paid over $100.00 for this item and it only worked for several months. What am I supposed to do with this item that does not work, or maybe it does work but nobody from support is helping to verify if it is or isn't defective.

Please try reflash the firmware of your Titan Two. Before plug the device on computer, press and hold both buttons on the device then connect the USB cable to the PROG port. The display should show P, meaning the device is in programming mode. Now open Gtuner IV and go to Tools -> Check for Updates.

I've tried that and to get the P on the titan I had plug it in and then hold the 2 buttons down , I did flash the firmware. Latest firmware is TT 0.98.1.46

The output led when connected to pc in the out port also has no light lit, can the output port not be working anymore?
The program port green light works when connected.
Input-a and input-b green lights are lit when controllers are connected to those ports.

"Please be sure you are connecting the OUTPUT US to the console" Im not sure what you mean by output "US" to the console.

Sorry, the "US" was misspelling. In any case you already confirmed to connecting the OUTPUT to the console.

Based in your messages, it seems the output port is not functional. Normally I would suggest use other USB cables and also try on other console or PC to be sure. You have already confirmed to have done that.

Please PM me with details from where your ordered your Titan Two (Factory-Direct, Amazon, other)? Thank you.
