Xbox one controller DISCONNECT every 30 seconds?

I did not buy the wireless adapter, i figured i would just plug them in.. BUT i still get disconnected around every 30 to 40 seconds? This normal? Using 2 xbox one controllers..

If your playing on PS4 you need to plug PS4 controller in port B of the Titan and Xbox controller in port A. Make sure you change setting in PS4 for the controller that your wired and not bluetoothed so you get AU for the Titan to use xbox controller. If you on xbox console all you need is one controller in port A or B.

I am on xbox one.. I tried using one and then 2,but it kept disconnecting... I just went and bought the wireless adapter.. Now it works fine..
