XIM Apex + Titan Two issue

Hi there, the past few days I've been having some issues with what I'm guessing is my Titan. I have my Titan plugged into my ps4, then the XIM plugged into Input A. On occasion, I simply cannot aim with my mouse or put in any in game inputs so as to do anything. My escape key works still as my PS button, and from that menu, I can still use the arrow keys to navigate the menu. Can navigate the menu from in game too, choose characters and whatnot in Siege, yet once I've spawned, I cannot do anything. Also, when I have just my XIM plugged in, it works fine. I also have no scripts turned on through the Titan. A full restart of the game tends to sort the issue, but if I can get away with not doing that, that'd be awesome.

Any help would be much appreciated. I hope I've explained this correctly.

Please check on the PS4 setting if the option to use wired communication is checked:

Settings → Devices → Controllers → Communication Method: Use USB Cable.

Based in your feedback mostly like this option is disabled.

I wish this was the issue, but it was always set in the way you suggested.

Maybe the Titan Two is being recognized by the PS4 as secondary controller. Please try set the Titan Two output protocol to USB PlayStation 4 to check if solves the issue. thanks.
