Thank's so much Flyerboy. I confirmed that this method works. Just to re-iterate his steps:
1. Plug XIM4 into T1
2. Plug T1 into the PC using the PCProg port on the T1.
3. As soon as the T1 displays 0 after it authenticates with the PC, plug the T1 into the X1. This has to be performed within the second after the T1 displays 0.
4. At this point, you can disconnect the PCProg cable from the T1.
This is confirmed working with Xim4 firmware 20150212 and 20150525.
