Xim apex won’t connect with t1

Hello All

I just purchased the Titan one (T1) and I’m setting it up to play apex legends with the xim apex. The problem
I’m having is, I can play with the T1 directly in pc with the controller connected just fine but when I go to hook it
In my xim apex the xim app shows its connected but my controller doesn’t light up. I know the cord and controller
Works because I tried that set up first with the t1. Ive tried a different cord with a different controller still no luck,
Then I tried a new cord with the original controller still no luck. If someone could help me out with this set up it
Would be greatly appreciated. I’ll search the web and YouTube but nothing helped.

I am not entirely sure, but it seems to be power issue. Does the USB Hub you have on XIM is powered?

Yes the usb powers on the only thing that doesn’t power on is the controller. Do I need to use batteries in the controller while using it? When I plug the controller into the xim apex it doesn’t require to have batteries.

The batteries are not necessarily, it should work with or without.

What is the controller you are using? XB1 controller? If yes, do you have any other controller to try, such as XB360 or PS4 controller?

yeah i am using a original xbox one controller! i tried a elite controller with a different cable and the controller still doesn't link. i do not have a ps4 controller. i'm thinking about returning it, and maybe upgrading to the titan two and hope that it links up then. Any other suggestions before i pursue to purchase the T2?

With the Titan Two you will have a better results, mainly because it is capable of output packet synchronization and 1000Hz input/output polling rate.

Back to the Titan One, here is old post from me which may help in your case:

-- Xbox One --
Titan One OUTPUT Protocol set to: AUTOMATIC; Speed-up Settings: ALL Enabled.
Tested with latest XIM4 version (20141114) AND with latest XIM4 RC version (20150816).

Attention: Using the Xbox One controller on XIM4 does not works. <-- I'll try fix this.

Steps:
1) Connect the Titan One on Xbox One;
2) Authenticate the Titan One with the console using a Xbox One controller with the cable;
3) Remove the Xbox One controller from the Titan One;
2) Connect a PS3 or a wired Xbox 360 or a PS4 controller on XIM4 back USB port;
3) Connect XIM4 on the Titan One.
After about 3 to 4 seconds the controller is working and operational.
Side note: Pay attention if the Titan One does not resets due power loss when inserting the XIM4.

thank you i ordered the t2
