It feels like it's adding input delay to me. I believe the xim is designed to sync perfectly with the consol input so maybe something with the T1 is interfering with that sync. I'm sure the T1 has to process the input and output as well so it's adding another section of processing in the line which has to add more input delay.

You are right ... any device will have a processing time and, consequently, add that time to the overall input response time. However, in the case of Titan One, we are talking about couple milli-seconds, it should be far from noticeable. You can actually calculate how many milli-seconds the Titan One is taking to do its processing. In the Device Monitor there is a field named CPU Load. 100% represents 10ms. if you get a read of -lets say- 38%, it will be equivalent to 3.8ms.
