Here are the steps to follow.

1) Connect Titan One on XB1 as normal.
2) Authenticate it with XB1 controller.
3) Have connected on XIM4 your keyboard/mouse and a XBox 360 controller or a Dualshock 3 controller, does not matter, probably even the DS4 will work.
4) Then connect XIM4 on Titan One.
5) Enjoy!!

This worked until I switched the profile on my Titan One from "0" to "1". By the way I have already updated 'everything' and I am using the g502/Sony Nav and an original 360 controller.

The Halo 2 Classic Gamepack: Universal Default (Recon) with Melee Button Action set to BXB and Mod 2 Button set to LB/L1 with RRXYY Loop.

Ok, for sure the problem is something related to the button layout and/or button remap performed by the gamepack. Therefore your XIM4 and your K&M are good.

My suggestion is first check if the button layout set in the game is matching the button layout set in the gamepack. Then, for troubleshooting, load the gamepack into the Titan One, but with all MODs disabled. You should have no issue. Repeat the process, but enabling one MOD per time until you identify the MOD that is causing the problem.

After I confirmed button layouts matched in and for the corresponding gamepack, I tried what you suggested and still got the same result-- once I press the button on the Titan One to access the gamepack (with all MODS disabled) all buttons on the G502 and Sony Nav become unresponsive. I even plugged the XIM4 into the Titan one to use the Device Monitor and all controls registered on the mouse and Sony Nav as correctly mapped.

That is really unusual ... The only cause I can imagine is a corrupted Gamepack. But I believe you already loaded the gamepack several times.

I hate to ask, but could you do couple more tests?

1) After load the memory slot, if you press the button until the display show 0, the controller come back to be responsive?
2) Any gamepack cause this issue?

Additionally, -just in case- please perform a firmware recovery:

I performed the firmware recovery.
After authentication and plugging in the XIM4, I get a "0" and a blue light on the Titan One at which point my mouse (G502)and Sony Nav work.
1) If I load the first memory slot (by pressing the button on the Titan One, once) I get a "1" and a purple light. At that point my mouse and the Sony Nav don't respond anymore. If I press the Titan One button to go back to a "0", the mouse and Sony Nav remain unresponsive.
2) As far as other gamepacks-- I still get the same result when I try go from "0" to "anything".
