is there a difference between the anti recoil designed for XIM4 compared to the anti recoil in gamepacks?

There could be depending on what you are using. In the gamepacks you have to use advance rapid fire for it to work because it is built on the release of the button and a lot of others are built to be able to run automatics which is used on holding the trigger.

complementing bonefisher's response. Yes, the way the anti-recoil should work is different. On gamepacks it is make to work on the analog stick values, including the deadzone. For XIM, or any other mouse input, the anti-recoild should compensate the deadzone removal, which complicates quite a bit. We have a full topic dedicated only this here:
