XiM4 + Titan One inpit lag and purple light
Guys I am facing huge amount of input lag. I press fire button and there is 1 or 2 sec delay. XIM also shows purple light. How can I avoid input lag. Anyone facing this issue? I'm using keyboard and mouse.

Update both the Xim4 and Titan One to the latest firmware version. For Xim4, you need to go to the Release Candidates sub-forum. In GTuner, disable all Speed Up settings. That should take care of the purple lights.
As for input lag, which game are you playing?

What's your brand and model of keyboard and mouse?
1-2 seconds input delay is highly unusual and may be caused by your equipment.
For example, Razer gear is very power-hungry and can cause all sorts of problems due to the console not supplying enough power to the Xim. Using a powered USB 2.0 hub to connect m/kb to Xim4 can resolve that problem.

Keyboard I have to check. Mouse is Logitech g502. So power hub required?
I tried to remove all speed settings from the device option for purple light but after that my crosshair was gone.

G502 should be fine without a hub.
Speed settings has nothing to do with the in-game reticle, nor does the Xim.
Make sure you've setup the game settings correctly as per http://xim4.com/community/index.php?topic=43775.0

Yes, in game settings are set correctly. The only issue is that I feel lag. When I take aim and press fire it delay yo fire until then the other person kills me.
