Can you tech me how to use script on PS Vita

Hello! I’ve been trying for months once in a while to reach ATK 999 level Muramasa in Castlevania Symphony of the night.
And I saw this script: Castlevania: Symphony of the Night - Muramasa Blood Spatter here. Author says it works on PS VITA and PS TV and suggest to find video he uploaded on YouTube, how to use it. I didn’t find this video so I decided to ask here if someone can tech me how to use scripts on my Vita? Help me please!

It works on the T2 if the vita is jailbroken. Not sure about T1. viewtopic.php?f=27&t=13233
