opencv problem

here is anaconda prompt status
(base) C:\Anaconda3>python
Python 3.8.5 (default, Sep 3 2020, 21:29:08) [MSC v.1916 64 bit (AMD64)] :: Anaconda, Inc. on win32

>>> import cv2
>>> cv2.__version__
'4.4.0'
>>> cv2.cuda.getCudaEnabledDeviceCount()
1

The red tick in the middle does not turn green
