BO3 Tips and Tricks

Let's share out tips and tricks.

Attachment Glitch - Before you prestige a weapon, copy the class to another slot and ensure you have all the attachments that you normally use. You then prestige the other class. The attachments on the non-prestige class will still be there.

Perks - Ghost of course due the constant spam of UAVs. Awareness is VERY awesome if you have a good headset. If you have not used awareness yet, you have to give it a try. For OBJ games, flak jacket and tact masks are good (if you have the free slots). Scavenger also replenishes tacticals and lethals. Perks that I run on all classes: Ghost, Scavenger, Awareness

SMG - My absolutely favorite is the Vesper. It kills very quickly but drains bullets quickly; therefore, I recommend extended and fast mags both. VMP and Kuda are good but I seem to get inconsistent results with them.

ARs - To be honest, I fell in love with any assault rifle yet. I have not unlocked the M8A7 yet. I do well with the XR-2, ICR and Man-o-War, but I get inconsistent results from them.

LMGs - All the LMGs are pretty good in this game. Gorgon and Dredge are both GREAT guns. You must give them a try.

Attachments: Drift0r made a youtube video about the suppressors in BO3. The range is dramatically reduced on many weapons. I would not recommend using them. Rapid Fire on average only made the gun about 7% faster. I have not found any real difference using high caliper or FMJ. Stock does not seem as effective as in previous games. Always have love for quick draw, foregrip, fast mags and extended mags. The new optics are pretty cool. I just don't get a chance to use them since I typically run - quick draw (or foregrip), fast mags, extend mags.

Scorestreaks - UAV always good. Cerbus & Talon are fun IF you control them. Hardened sentry gun is GREAT. HATR makes 'em hate. I am glad that they made some changes to the mothership which is more powerful than in the beta. I am a rusher and typically into the spawns, so I roll with lower kill streaks - UAV, hardened sentry and cerbus.

Games - I don't know because all I play is Domination.

Specialists - You don't have to hold the FIRE button the whole time for the Tempest. If you press and release quickly, it will still fire but with slightly less charge. I mostly play with the war machine and kinetic armour since I am trying to unlock the outfits.

Supply Drops - Saved up for a rare, and got 1 rare. I then bought 3 common which yield 1 rare and 8 commons. I then bought 2 more common supply drops - 1 legendary and 5 commons. I get more items and still seem to get a rare or better; therefore, go for the common supply drops.

Tip - Play with a party of good players. It may seem obvious, but damn those random players are shite and get me killed more often than not. They don't run the Ghost perk. They fire at items that I can only imagine are ghosts in the game. Some are just blubbering drunks or kiddies amp'ed on red bull.

Tip - Find some good youtubers that you like and watch their play style, weapons, perks, etc. You can often learn from them.

Tip - The last and absolute best tip ever. You ready??? Have fun!!! It is just a game. If we aren't having fun, then why are we playing it.
