Controler not connecting too titan one

The wired xbox one controler I was useing broke so I got a new one that is diffrent cause they don't sell the one I first had.. now iv tried 3 diffrent controlers and still won't work.. how do u guys get yours working and what xbox control are use useing?

Soon as you connect everything to xbox one unplug your controller cable and plug back in should take then. Plus I use without batteries in controller so it don't try to go wireless again.
