Battlefield 1
The free Battlefield 1 beta/demo is nice and growing on me. Besides the struggling to get kills in the beginning, server connection errors, slow menus and much better snipers in the game I think BF1 is nice. Last night after seeing the horrific call of duty infinite warfare (aka imbecile robot warfare) multi player presentation) I pre ordered Battlefield 1.
I unlocked the carbine of the scout/sniper class and it is my current favorite rifle. The demo map is big and (a bit to too) open but I love to use the sniper's binoculars gadget to spot and mark enemies in a red silhouette (just like in the kill cam) for my team. I also use the strong bullet gadget/perk.
With ranking up your class level it seems that there's a bug in the beta: if you keep playing on one server it seems it does not rank you up so you have to reconnect to the servers in order to rank up and unlock the different weapons.

Love that dodge sword action while riding the horse. I have been trying to convince them to put back drop shot with out delay of firing since elite controllers came out. I myself pre ordered full boat on both BF1, COD and actually liking Titanfall 2 this time around to go all the way with it. Can't have to many games. lol!

Re: Battlefield 1
i was playing battlefield 1 and im lost!!! im not a cod or battlefield player...
i love sniper elite 2 and 3 games , so im playing as a sniper in battlefield 1, but i dont know how to zoom in.?
default riffle seems to have only 1 zoom option. dont know how to check how far the enemy is. cant use binoculars gadget, it says it is locked.
OFC-Giorgio how do you unlock the binoculars?
any advice? lol

I have a script that is in script programming post if you would like to try. Anyway back in the old days you didn't have all the fancy high tech scopes with zoom. It all about the old days figuring how far for adjustments. So good luck and have fun!

Re: Battlefield 1
hey cool. i have unlock it. and im getting better!!!
another question how do i use the spotting scope ?
i press LT to look thru it and i can see far away but i thought the spotting scope was able to paint the enemy with red color, and to let my teammates know where the enemy is?
how do i do that?
all i can do with the spotting scope is just look far away but nothing else. is this all the funcionality it has?

I have the regular spot at a 1000ms loop and anything faster which I tried so so many times to speed it up I settled with best results. If I made it faster it looses its spotting distance which the setting in my script spots all the way across the map.

You have to aim the cross at the target and then press the spot button (r2 I believe; I use the wiimote's + button) just like regular spotting. With regular spotting the target gets a red marker above its head while spotting with the binoculars it also gets a red silhouette (like in the kill cam).
