[RESOLVED] what is the name of the game?

im trying to find a game that i dont have. but i can not remember the name of the game.
kindly help me.
i remember this from a Youtube video a few years back:
the game is a shooter game. if it is a 1st person or 3rd person cant remember.
the special thing with the game was/is that when the player gets damage, the main character can loose bodyparts.
that can be healed again. the fun part in that Youtube video was that the main character was som much damaged that he was only a Rolling head on the ground, but still playing and fighting.
sorry, that is all i remember. i hope someone can tell me of any game that is like i described.
hopefully i will get a right anwser.
edit: it is possible that it was a hand crawling/walking (and not a head) on the ground. sorry for my vague info.
