Virpil Stick and Throttle for PS4

Virpil controls are an amazing piece of hardware for PCs, and it is very easy to configure it for Elite Dangerous.
On PS4, we don' t have many options, and the only Hotas available is of questionable quality, and not very durable.

I Play Elite Dangerous on both platforms, got a Virpil set for PC and decided to try it also on PS4 with some Titan Two help. It worked quite well, despite some flaws (bugs?), probably due to my scripting skills with GPC2.


This profile was developed for Virpil stick and throttle, models:
* Stick VPC MongoosT-50CM2 Grip
* Throttle VPC MongoosT-50CM Throttle

You will also need to download the "Virpil.git" input translator at the save version as this script.

Features and support for the stick:
* Stick 2 axis
* 5 way Hat (round left hat)
* 5 way Hat (squared center hat)
* Main trigger (index finger)
* Three buttons (RED button, top right button, bottom right button)
* Brake lever

Features and support for the Throttle:
* Throttle
* Analog ministick + button
* 4-way Hat + Button
* 2 button support on 4-way Hat
* 1 button support on 4-way Hat
* two-position switch (2 button)
* 1 button
* 2 x axis dials

Features it implement for PS4:
* Touchpad emulation
* 2x Analog Sticks
* 3x 4-Way Hats
* Curves for Stick axes and 4-Way Analog mini-stick
* Plus all DS4 buttons
* Snipper function (slow pitch/yaw/roll by a factor of 4)

Usage:
Connect the Throttle on USB Port A
Connect the Stick on USB Port C
Connect the DS4 controller on USB Port B

To identify each button assignment, go to your game controller configuration and test the buttons.

The only button combination that needs explanation:
PS: Pull Up the toggle switch in the Throttle handle, and hold for at least 2 seconds
Options: Pull Up the toggle switch in the Throttle handle, and Push the most left button also on the throttle handle.
Share: Pull Down the toggle switch in the Throttle handle
