Help! I don't know how to download .gpc files

I found a link to this .gpc file, to help me with converting a controller's analog stick motions to a mouse's x and y axis, but I can't figure out how to download this file. Is there a way to search for it within the GTuner IV software?

Just copy/paste the name into the online resource in gtuner.
