Connection Issues on Mac

Hi There,

I am new here. Just got the Titan 2.

I am attempting to connect it to my Mac.

I see this in the Output pannel.

Code: Select all
System: macOS Sierra (10.12) (darwin 16.6.0, x86_64, x86_64-little_endian-lp64, LibGL)
Locale: English, UnitedStates
Gtuner: IV 1.0.1.2 EN:Automatic
Current Dir: /Applications/GtunerIV.app/Contents/MacOS
Data Dir: /Applications/GtunerIV.app/Contents/MacOS
Working Dir: <not set>
Device Selector: added 1 device(s), total of 1 device(s) detected
Connect Fail: Error code: 2, Device: TITAN TWO [ED36FFFF6C8D77A43953343638362020FF0B09EC]


I try to select the device on the top-right-hand corner dropdown but it fails to connect.

What am I doing wrong?

Try to redo the firmware update, hold up and down buttons on the Titan Two to enter in programming mode and run the update check.
Console tuner since my 1st controller.
Scripting, a game in the game.
