titan 2 not working with controller

I have a pdp controller that works with the titan 1 but not the titan 2. I figured since it has extra buttons then maybe i need a power supply. I bought a power supply that works but the controller still isnt working. any ideas?

Please capture and send me the USB descriptors of your pdp controller. On Gtuner IV, with the Titan Two connected to computer, go to top menu Tools -> "Fetch Descriptors ...". Now plug the pdp controller to any port on the Titan Two. The descriptors will show in the window, click on the button "Copy Descriptors" and post here. Thank you.

Thank you. It is similar to the regular XB1 descriptors, but missing one interface (related with chatpad). The Titan Two tries to initialize this interface during the controller initialization, perhaps this is making the controller to not work. If you have a XB1 console, please try use this controller with it. Doing that will make the Titan Two establish full passthru mode between the console and the controller, so the controller initialization will be performed by the console (not by the Titan Two) and the controller should work. like i said already this controller works with the titan 1 and with it just hooked up solo. if i use the titan 2 then no workie. Something else needs to change.

Please allow me until the next firmware update to address this. I will compare with the Titan One source code to find if there is any difference on the initialization.
