Aim Assist?

Do you guys use aim assist or no? I've been playing overwatch and I dont know if having aim assist makes it harder or not (I'm on mouse and keyboard). Anyone have any information on this subject? Plus they just added a "legacy" aim assist and I'm just not sure what to do.

I tend to always have aim assist enabled when playing with mouse.
