titan two trying to update on mac book but when i press update it downloads and then says device disconnected anyone have an ideal on that??

Last time I used it on my Mac you had to check for update twice to finish....

Tired it 7 times keep failing on me unplugged tired restarted tired failed keeps saying disconnect from USB for some reason idk what to do

I tired that already my friend just came over and we did it on my windows everytime he tires on mac it disconnecting device. Mac's are weird tho. I have no clue how to work them but ges gotta type in a password to get on the internet when he first start up laptop. Kinda like a keychain or something I have no clue tbh lol
