GtunerIVBeta Won't Launch (OSX)

Gtuner was launching but online resources were not loading. So I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Now when trying to launch it I get the "untrusted developer stuff" but when I click open anyway I get the error "The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error 99999.)" I'm running Mac OSX 10.14.2
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

bump. Still not working. Unable to use my Titan two at all cause I can't load anything on it. Please help!

As stated in the original post, I've already done that and receive the error "The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error 99999.)"

I have already tried that terminal command before posting the thread. As I said, it was working just fine and when I updated your application is when it started giving the error. Other applications from the internet can be downloaded and installed without errors

SOLVED:

I went into terminal and ran sudo spctl --master-disable
Just remember to enable it after GtunerIV finally opens and loads.
Now Online resources are loading as well. Now maybe I can give this thing a try!
