does it has noticeable input lag and would it be good for all games

Not sure if I understood your question. When using controller over Bluetooth connection there is no input lag. In fact, in some cases, the response time is faster than using the controller directly connected to the console. Specially if you have the polling rate of the Titan Two set to 1000Hz.
