How does the input translator work?

When I set up a curve, then it is all nice and fine until I press mouse 2. Its like pressing mouse 2 (ads in game) disables the curve? Why does the translator not consistently convert mouse movement regardless of key presses?

game: fortnite
mouse: logitech g502

In the "Mouse XY Converter" you can have two settings for HIP (Default) and ADS (Alternate). Change to Alternate and on the combo-box at the right select "Alternate Disabled" is you want use only the Default settings for both HIP and ADS.
