hello but i can´t change the language ?

For now only the French translation is available.

Actually get the same. Is there a resource for helping translate Gtuner? Would be really nice to have German language options.

Yes, the translation is done with Qt linguist which is easy to use. Maybe you could ask J2K to send you the file to edit, like i did for the French language. It would be useful for the software and the users!
