My Titan Two is disconnected in PS4

Hello i am new, buy the Titan two about 2 weeks ago and since you connect it follow all the steps of the guides to work, and it works correctly with keyboard and mouse, but in a few moments every 5 min approximately disconnects the control what produces That the game stops and sends me to the menu of users, is so every time, as I do to fix it??? Help please

What exactly is your setup? It will help narrow down the issue

Please check on the PS4 settings if the option to use wired communication is checked:

Settings → Devices → Controllers → Communication Method: Use USB Cable.

Based in your feedback mostly like this option is disabled.

iIn the PS4 if you place to recognize the cable via USB, but Gtunner if not configured well, the Titan two I run well but after 5 minutes I start to fail to exit that has disconnected the command
