Titan two AU flashing?

I have had this for a few days and finally got a script to work like I want.
Anyhow, at the moment I'm using it with a xim apex and it has been working.
Today with just the controller plugged into input A, it flashes AU. Controller still works.
Plug the apex into the titan two still same flashing AU. Controller works but mouse and Sony nav will not work.
Now I try to plug just the controller into the titan two and controller just flashes and won't work.

Make sure you have the cable plugged into OUT, and have your PS4 setup to USB communication

It's xbox btw. It started working again. Seems random.
