New titan two user issue with Gtuner IV need solution

So here the problem i drag and dropped the gamepacks in the memory slots but i can not access them and configure to my liking the interactive configuration is greyed out im on latest version of Gtuner IV and i have also successfully updated the Titan Two please help me fix this immediately so i can go play some games thanks

I fixed it. It was because ransomware protection was on so if any user runs into this problem make sure you turn that off and run Gtuner as Administrator
