Won't Read Device in Gtuner

Hey everyone! I'm having this problem where I connect the titan one to my pc and my pc notifies me that its connected and it even lights up with the LEDS but when i go into gtuner it won't recognize the device and says device isn't connected. I even bought new cables to try but same problem. Please help. Thanks in advance.

As a first troubleshooting procedure, please re-flash the firmware using the recovery mode, as explained here:

It may be necessary double press the reset button to enter in the programing mode (P).
