K&M COD BO4 and MW titan two

Hello,
I try K&M univerasl translator (I think IC) and K&M translator for COD Blackout IV.
Problem: while using ADS (reflex, holo, or 2x and more scopes) my sensitivty is too low. Without using ADS everythig works fine (have high sensitivity on mouse to look around).

Example: if I use mouse movment for aiming while ADS is ON reaction is too slow, but in same time I try use my controler R thum.s. and he moves way faster (in game sensitivity for ADS is on max 4x).

Is there any way to fix it ?

Top left of the Mouse XY Converter settings select Alternate, then adjust the sensitivity slider, to the right.
