Issues with starting Gtuner and "Drag and Drop" gamepacks

The only time I am able to start Gtuner is from a clean reboot. If I close the program and try to reopen it I get a white box with the programs name in the top left corner, the exit and minimize buttons, and my cursor is the blue circle. If i click on it, it says its not responding. On the off chance i get it to work, the only way to load a Gampack is to download and open it within the program. I cant just drag and drop it. not all packs are downloadable or id be fine with having to download it. Ive tried to run as admin, factory reset the T2, and format/configure the sd card but to no avail. any suggestions?

32 or 64bit?

If 32 bit, you should use the legacy version on the download page.

if 64 bit, the issue is something to do with your setup so i can only suggest the following:

make sure you are extracting the Gtuner folder, not running from inside the zip.
try disabling security software
if all else fails reset windows 10.
