Linear aim Fortnite

Hello, I have a question about mouse configuration in Fortnite.
Is it possible to create a linear relation between my mouse moves and the moves of the aim cursor in game ? I tried to modify in game settings, mouse's DPI, and settings Gtuner without success...
I'm sorry if this question has already been processed.
