Not able to drag and drop

Everytime i try to drag and drop a pack it says error updating memory slot any help would be much appreciated

Try a different cable for PROG

If that doesn't work try disabling any security software

Make sure you fully extract Gtuner IV before you run it.
This issue can happen if you run GtunerIV straight from the archive/.zip folder.
